My cold is almost gone!

I started doing Slow & Heavy this week and love it!!

A place I interviewed with has contacted me with a promising offer!!!

Found out that Caribou is playing at The Rock & Roll Hotel in DC in March and we're going!!!!

I'm having delicious leftover Indian for lunch!!!!!

It's almost the weekend!!!!!!!!!!

The snow pretty much passed us by.
DS, 7 just finished a 158 page book The Mouse And The Motorcycle! I am so proud of him.
Today is Friday and DS, DH, and I have no specific plans the w/e. We can be lazy! YAY!!

Woke up late for my workout this a.m., figured I would have to cut it short to get the kids ready for school, then saw there was a 2 hour delay!!!:) I now had plenty of time to do my entire workout!!**Whoo Hoo**:)

School was cancelled for my kids and I felt like it was me! Standing in front of the TV waiting for their school to pop up and jumping and cheering as quiet as I could.

Watching my three kids eat pizza (yes, they wanted pizza for breakfast) and playing Monopoly in their p.j.'s while watching the snow fall. I love the spontaneity of a snow day!

I am so happy that Robin cam through surgery with flying colors, and I hope she has safe roads to travel on today.

Kudos to Heather on her continued wonderful fitness journey!

My 86 year young Dad had a cardiac work up for chest pain and has no cardiac issues and did not have an MI as far as can be detected.

My stray cat allowed me to get him neutered this week and he has been a sweety recovering at home here. I just let him out for the first time in 4 days and I hope he likes us enough to come back.

DH just offered me a little pleasure shopping session.

I made it in to work this morning despite the icy roads. The winter storm watch has been called off by now. The weekend is almost here!!!:)

The snow in my little cul de sac is beautiful! No traffic + no sand = beautiful while fluffy snow!

My proposal for a workshop was one of only four selected (of many applicants) to be presented at the annual American Association of Teachers of French meeting in Liège this summer.

Yesterday, I finished two book reviews that I'd been working on for a while (just a day short of the due date, LOL!)

I did my first headstand in the middle of the floor yesterday doing Altar of the Heart. Did 3 chinups this morning.

We're on the verge of moving into a new home (with my own workout room!)

I had several good nights of sleep this week.

There's only 48 days until spring. I can't wait!

My kids are doing dishes and laundry as I post...

My 18 year old Elizabeth has been accepted at 3 Universities with scholarships!!

My shovelling is minimal today thanks to the 5HP snowblower my Mom bought me.

I have a wonderful clientele and am honoured that they trust me and share life's trials and triumphs with me.

All's right and well in my little corner of the world!

I want to thank Sonic for their new iced coffee drink-which I enjoyed guilt free this afternoon(and I mean guilt free on my part, it could have had 700 calories for all I know, but I enjoyed it depite of that!)
I am also thankful that the wildfires that burned all day yesterday out here did not burn our property.
I am especially thankful for you all-I couldn't get through most days without you even though I don't post too often.
