The Anti-Wah Wah Wah Thread

Where do I start?

**I bought the Perfect Pushup tonight at Target and got my $10 gift card - which I used to buy ground flax seed and instant coffee so I can make a yummy Cup 'O Joe protein shake tomorrow (thanks, Melissa!)

**Tax season is here and clients are calling so I'll have some extra $$ for fitness stuff including my first Cathe preorder!

**My three elderly Great Danes are all healthy and happy sacked out on their couches

**I have all you people who don't think I'm nuts for being crazy about fitness!

I am on my 3rd week of a 4DS Rotation and this week I have lifted heavier in each workout so far. I feel stronger all the time!

Also, very happy that my little sons are in bed (they're adorable but I'm worn out).

And for Allison, {{{HUGS}}} during this tough time. If you want a little drive, come see me some time (just over here in NY) and I'll take you shopping and take care of you for the day. :)

Congrats to Clarissa for her new clients, to Heather and Lainie for their increased strength and power. Sympathy for Allison: stay strong and you will get through this unhappy time, especially with all those push ups to remind you that you can conquer your obstacles...

My eldest daughter just brought home all A and A+ grades on her first semester classes in her first year of High School. Starting out strong as she means to go on. Me? I've just increased my weight load for GS squats (50 pounds now for those singles), and S&H shoulders, 3 sets of military presses with 15 pounds dumbells! Yay! Now I'm pushing further ahead and to greater strength...

I have a roof over my head, food on my table and $ in the bank.

I have a beautiful son whom I adore and love with all of my heart.

I have a wonderful family and awesome friends.

Things don't always go right in my life but deep down inside I still know how lucky I am and that I am truly blessed. :)

Everyone in my life is healthy (including me!).

I have managed to maintain my weight loss (+/-5lbs) for over a year now.

I have a job and more food than I need.

I have wonderful people in my life.

I have a great habit called working out.

The weekend is almost here.

I just bought a Sony reader for green reasons (love books) hate the thought of all those trees giving up their life for my books.

OOOPS, almost forgot,,,there is coffee to be thankful for.

My knee surgery is over and I've had little to no pain.

We are planning to visit our DS tomorrow.

I got phone calls from some dear friends yesterday.

And here's another big {{{HUG}}}for Allison. Honey, you can come cry on our shoulders anytime. Life IS tough, but, hey, we're tough too.

It's Friday. :7

I got to work from home yesterday and watch the snow and ice fall in my safe, warm house.

I have a wonderful family, and I'm very fortunate to live close to them - parents, brother, granny, aunt and uncle all live within walking distance. My sister is less than an hour away.

I'm debt-free.

I could go on and make quite a long list. But basically, I have a very good life.

Well, I am so glad this week and month are over!!! Actually, the month has been great until this week!

My oldest ds started a fever last Sat night and it lasted until yesterday.

Wednesday morning, I woke up and my furnace smelled like it was on fire  So, we had to stay the night with my in-laws x(

But...on the positive note...

1. Ds finally went back to school today after being out all week.

2. My furnace is fixed!!!

3. January is over...only 2 more months of cold weather (hopefully)!

4. And....most importantly, dh and I have really started to dedicate ourselves to health and fitness. We have always been concerned about health, but over the past year, we kind of slacked a little bit. I feel sooooooo good about that change!!

Have a great weekend everybody!!
