I had to thank you personally for putting KPC on for tomorrow after S&H legs today with the Oct rotation. Not sure how well my kicks will be? First time doing S&H for me. I gave in & bought it after seeing it was on twice this month. WOW!!

Hi Tami! When it is your first time ever doing any particular workout you will most likely be more sore than usual. If you find that you are sore to the point of distraction, allow an extra day of rest for the legs and insert either a cardio or upper body workout in its place. Always listen to your body. Have fun with your new S&H workout
