Thank you for posting the September 08 Leg Blast rotation. I can honestly say that this has been the best rotation that I've ever done! :) My legs and glutes have felt tight all month long and my pants are a little looser than they were before. I really do appreciate all of your efforts. I am planning on doing this rotation for another month.

I was gonna ask if it would be alright if I did this rotation another month or two, I really liked it. My goal is to lean out my legs. I noticed loss in my hips but not necessarily in my thighs. Another thing I noticed is strength improvement in my hamstrings. I remember when it was tough for me to do the hamstring roll in's w/stability ball, OMG!! Now, I'm able to do them with little difficulty. I actually really like them.

Sure, no reason why you couldn't do this for another 4 weeks. Up your weights and maybe add onto the floor work since you are getting use to it.
