I've been doing the XTrain/LIS rotation and am in week 6 right now. Aside from the fact that I LOVE, LOVE this new series (especially combined with LIS) - I have more energy and am more motivated than I have been in longer than I can remember. And, I am excited to report that I am wearing a pair of pants today that I haven't been able to wear in a couple of years!! This series is doing wonders for my lower body. I can't wait for week 12!! Then, start again! Thank you, Cathe for what you have put out!! Simply awesome!!

Did you make any substitutions?
I find it hard to stick to a rotation.
 
I do - I sometimes swap one of the spinning workouts for a cardio workout. Also, depending on my schedule or how I'm feeling, I'll switch days around slightly. For example, I did Legs on Saturday, and then I did HiiT on Sunday with upper body, because I had energy (basically doubling-up and doing Sunday's cardio with Monday's upper body, then did spinning on Monday for cardio. Tuesday I did Wednesday's legs, and Wednesday I did Thursday's upper body. So tonight is cardio - Cardio Supersets. Although I may do spinning again just because I feel like it. Tomorrow I have a day off, so over the next three days I am going to try to do at least two "doubles" so I just mix things up. I stick generally to the prescribed rotation plan, but mix it up a wee bit as I need to or feel my body needs.
