You suggested to me about a month ago to cut way back on my cardio, which I was doing 6 days a week, and up my weight lifting. I just want to say THANK YOU! With your help we discovered that I was a meso (with some endo tendencies). And being a meso I was doing way too much cardio. I cut back to 3 cardio workouts a week and 3 weight lifting workouts a week (one body part a week). I have noticed lots of changes in my body already. I have actually gain about 3 lbs -/) but measurements have either stayed the same or went down! Maybe I gained some muscle? Anyway I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all you help!
