And I have to say a big THANKYOU to fitness freak for posting it. I love the generic breakdowns! This is the first organized rotation I have done and I loved it!!

I have definition in my arms!! When I get my camera up and running I will post some pics. I need a tan but Ya'all understand right :)

I was able to keep my leg strength / definition up and body fat down while doing this rotation. I have never had definition in my arms and I am just estatic (sp?)!!

Thank you! Thank you for the great tool Fitnessfreak!!!

I still need to work on lowering my body fat... I am going to try the circuit rotation starting Monday.

Congratulations !

I too am soo thankul for fitnessfreaks rotations! She is the BEST at creating sequences that give results on specific goals! She is very talented and generous with her time! I learned soo much from her about creating programs and about my body!

I agree, When she added the generic breakdowns w/ her programs, It made it soo much more easier to understand and mix & match workouts!

She's simply the best!

Any ideas how to break that generic "get ready for summer" down to 5 days a week. I'm a Mon through Friday -er.

Thanks in advance. Asking anyone's advice:)

May move one of the cardios to a second workout on one day... or add a shorter cardio to a weight day.

There's no rule that says your rotation week has to be a certain length of time... I haven't looked at the specific rotation you're referring to, but if it is written as something like:
Monday--workout A
Tuesday--workout B
Wednesday--workout C
Thursday--workout D
Friday--rest
Saturday--workout E
Sunday--workout F
You can do workouts A through D as written, take your weekend off, and pick back up on Monday and Tuesday with E and F (or depending upon specific muscle groups worked, put workout E on Friday and finish off on Monday with F). Then start over, or go on to the next set of listed workouts, beginning on Wednesday (or Tuesday). All you're doing is making your workout "week" eight to ten days instead of seven days. The only reason typical rotation weeks last seven days is because we use our calendar to break them up.
