Hi Debbie,

I just wanted to say "THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!" for the Dec. "08" rotation you made up. I did it in Dec. and I'm going to do it next month. I am so excited to do it again. I know, I am such a dork for getting excited over a rotation. That one just really motivates me and I can't wait to do my workout in the morning. You are very creative. I wouldn't have ever thought about doing the 4ds the way you had.

On a side note; how is your shoulder? I hope it's better by now.

My shoulder is ok as long as I'm not pushing any weights. Hopefully my week off next week will help it. Thanks for asking!

My shoulder is the same way, the pushing motion bothers it most. Hopefully your week off will solve the problem for you. Good luck and take care!
