Hi Cathe, God Bless you and keep you healthy and strong for us.
I'm know you are very busy person but I need your help and thank you for your time, you give me this rotation in January and I follow and I get wonderfull resoults, lose the weigth and inches I'm so happy but now I try to endurance and get muscle so I do for a month now only weights, I buy 5 of your low impact series(turbo barre and cicle max no) so how I can mix with this routine:
Week One:
Mon....Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps
Tues....Kick Punch and Crunch
Wed....Gym Style Legs
Thurs....Cardio Core Circuit
Fri.....Gym Style Chest & Tri's
Sat.....Cardio Kicks
Sun.....Off or do stretch workout
Week Two:
Mon....Cardio and Weights
Tues....Imax 2
Wed....Muscle Endurance
Thurs....MMA: Kickbox
Fri.....Muscle Max
Sat.....Cardio Core Circuit
Sun.....Off or do stretch workout
Week Three:
Mon....Pyramid Lower Body
Tues....Pyramid Upper Body
Wed....Imax2
Thurs....Boot Camp Original
Fri.....Butts and Guts
Sat.....Cardio Core Circuit
Sun.....Off or do stretch workout
Week Four
Mon....4DS Kick box
Tues....Imax 2
Wed....4DS Higher Intensity Step

I used Gym style and pyramid lower and upper body, abs 2 or 3 times a week, legs 2 times, I do have some definition but still have fat, I don want to lose more weigth I'm 39 years, 4 kids, 5'6 hg, 148 lbs, I do have 4pack my lower abs is to hard to get, I'm sorry to ask to much, thank you for your help.
