I just wanted to say how much I appreciate how you gave a 5 Day rotation option in your November LIS rotation.
I find it hard to workout 6 days a week and always feel like I'm short-changing all of the 6 day rotations by skipping a day, and then the deciding which day/workout to skip, sometimes makes me just skip the rotation altogether
I'd LOVE it if in the future you could include more 5 Day options in your monthly Rotations! (I know it's more work, but maybe every other month could be a 5 Day rotation, hint hint)
