THANK YOU CATHE!!

Cathlete
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate how you gave a 5 Day rotation option in your November LIS rotation.

I find it hard to workout 6 days a week and always feel like I'm short-changing all of the 6 day rotations by skipping a day, and then the deciding which day/workout to skip, sometimes makes me just skip the rotation altogether :(

I'd LOVE it if in the future you could include more 5 Day options in your monthly Rotations! (I know it's more work, but maybe every other month could be a 5 Day rotation, hint hint)

Thanks again and "High 5's" to you!

I second Stacey request as well! I'm a working Mom and much as I commit to follow a rotation, there's always something that forces me to skip a day. A 5 day rotation would fit in my schedule much better, and if I can make it and can add even the 6th workout of the week I feel on cloud 9!
I know this would be more work for you to do.... but I will be so happy about that! ;) Thanks Cathe for all you do for us!

I feel the same way!! I feel so accomplished when I get all 5 days in and if I have time for that 6th day it's like a big bonus!!

Question for the "5-day'ers:" Do you do one mid-week rest day and one weekend rest day? Or power through M-F and rest Sat-Sun? To maximize family time, I prefer to train M-F. But I find these rotations tough, and feel like I really need the mid-week rest day. Just curious how you'all feel?

Thanks!
Nichole

I often have a day off in the middle of the week, as on Sat-Sun Dh is at home and can help me in looking after my son so that I can workout :)

Stacy, Just a thought. I am a 5 day'er also. I take Cathe's 6 day rotations and start from the beginning and do them in order. This way I don't have to leave a workout out. Hope this makes sense. I saw this suggestion on the forum one day.

Good luck,
Sherry
