Texas Road Trip Feedback Wanted

I was surprised to hear there's a Disney resort opening in Hawaii. Sad to hear it really, as I can't stand Disney and all their commercial crap. I googled it, and was even more saddened, as it turns out is going to literally be in the backyard of the resort I stayed at when I got engaged. I guess I should be happy that I was able to enjoy the beautiful lagoon and scenery in a somewhat more natural state than what it will now be. I had planned to return someday, but I doubt now that I ever will.

I wish, SNM, that you would consider supporting companies whose practices are environmentally friendly and humane. Unfortunately it sounds like you're moving right along from Eggland's Best to the king of all waste and consumerism, Disney. Blech. I know these concepts are not important to everyone, but it sucks that they're not important to you, as you could influence a lot of people to be greener and support the humane treatment of (food) animals.

Sorry--back to the original thread...

Need Planning Assistance

SNM,

Please, will it be possible to release the destination list for the 2011 Road Trips ASAP. Thanks,

linda

Yes, with all of the great plans underway, the more information we can have at our fingertips and as far in advance as possible, the better we can pick and choose, plan and budget. Thank you!

Future Road Trips

As we confirm dates and sign contracts we will certainly let everyone know, but this is a process that takes time and is still a learning experience for us. Before we commit and sign a very costly contract we want to make sure the location and time of year will work and attract enough Cathletes to make the event a success.

With each trip we become more confidant and more Cathletes spread the word on how much fun they had which helps to promote the next event. We're now at a point where we plan on announcing road trips up to a year or more in advance, but first the contracts have to be negotiated and then signed. Hopefully in the next month or so we will have some more announcements.

Understandable -- that's all we ask. Thanks so much!
