I'm so sorry if this type of question has been asked before but I just got my STS today and so I've been a little out of the loop. My question is this: when you are testing for your 1rm do you have to do it over several days in order not to get fatigued and sacrifice your true 1rm? Should you not do it if you have done a regular weight routine earlier in the day? Should the testing actually be your weight workout for the day? Thanks to anyone who answers or gives me a link to find an answer if these questions have already been addressed.
