I have been thinking about adding this to my collection for quite some time. I must admit that I am a little nervous about getting it. Please tell me your likes and dislikes about this workout. I have all the Imax's and Harcore Extreme and can complete them, although I am usually dying by the end. So I know that I can do it. Guess I am a little intimidated by the name ;-)
 
I actually just ordered this DVD b/c of all the great things that I've heard about its fast pace, fun, and intensity. Can't wait to get mine and really get soaked. I would't be intimidated b/c from what I understand, like HC Extreme, they are pieces of workouts that you've done put together in new and decidedly more challenging ways. You can always modify at first and work up to it, I'm sure if you can get through the IMAX's and HC Extreme you won't have too much trouble getting adjusted to this one. Go for the challenge and the fun of new workout!

I have this DVD and I really enjoy doing the 3 workouts on it. The only thing I don't like is that there is no cooldown in the Gauntlet and IMAX extreme is over an hour and 20 minutes long, which seems SUPER long to me. Also, I find that they are all pretty similar so I don't like to do them all in one week. But other than that, I really love them.

Thanks so much for the input Mattea and Carolyn! I pretty much had myself talked into getting it, but you guys have convinced me. WOW...1 hour 20 minutes on Imax extreme...you may as well mop me up off the floor after that one :eek:

I like the Terminator DVD also. I have done the Gauntlet and the Viper but not IMAX Extreme yet. I pretty much have to be mopped off the floor after these two w/o's.
 
Definately get The Terminator DVD!!! I think it's her best compilation video ever. The Viper (the name sats it all) is the best of the 3. Imagine combining Cardio and Weights with Imax 2 and sprinkling in killer Muscle Endurance segments to break up the Cardio. I consider this one to be one of her best circuit workouts.

This is not to say that her other compilation The Gauntlet is much easier! This time Cathe mixes up Imax 2/Boot Camp w/Cardio and Weights (compound weights segments) + Bootcamp upper body and Boot Camp Cardio.

Imax Xxtreme mixes up Imax 2 with Cardio & Weights. It's a great Cardio workout!

You will not be dissappointed with The Terminator DVD.
 
You need to buy this one. It's my favorite because I love the intensity series and this DVD lets me do one workout that combines them all, except for the pyramids.
 
OOOOOOH! Now I really can't wait to get it! Don't have Boot Camp and I don't have Cardio & Weights. I do have Imax 2 (MY ABSOLUTE CATHE FAVORITE) and Muscle Endurance, which I also love. I do have the pyramids, so I can work those in here and there. The Terminator sounds sooooooooo good! Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait to get it.

I like the Imax Extreme bc its a fun mix - long, but fun


I still don't quite know how to incorporate the other workouts into a rotation, I always wonder if I am getting my muscles worked enough as far as the strength goes and if they are worked evenly?? Does that make sense..........anyone know??
 
WHOOOOO HOOOOOO...My terminator DVD is arriving today. Just in time for my oh so depressing 39th B-day tomorrow! I think I will pop it in tonight, get a preview, then get at it tomorrow. Hopefully I can complete it and get in a great heart pounding, sweat pouring workout and then 39 won't be do depressing anymore! Thanks to all you guys who raved about this...I am so excited! I just love, love, love Imax 2 and am thrilled that it is on all of the workouts. I have ME and really like it to. Don't have C&W or BC, so the added bonus of incorporating those are really getting me pumped!

I absolutely love the terminator. I did the Viper for the 1st time on Sunday and I had DOMS until Wednesday!!!

C&W was on my rotatio this morning, but I felt like I needed more cardio (and, okay, I wanted to use my new DVD, so there:7 ) So I did IMAX Extreme, loved it! Just what I needed, and then just tacked on the C&W abs at the end.
I love the versatility of this dvd so much!
