You will love it! There was a time when I was doing the workouts on that DVD regularly as part of a rotation and it was SO fun. Great stuff on that DVD, no doubt!

I 2nd your thoughts on this one. It is my "go to" DVD when I have been off for a while, want a good challenge or can't decide which workout to do since it is a combo.
