Are they good workout videos, are they for advanced exercisers and all the low down on them....I am thinking about purchasing them.....

They're great. I'd say that they are for intermediate to advanced exercisers. Because they're low impact, you get out of it what you put into it. They're about an hour long with maybe 10 minutes of a cooldown stretch. One annoying thing is that they work one half of the body for the first half of the video followed by the second half which makes it impossible to not do the whole tape so they can't be adapted for a short day. They're very cheaply made. It's like being in a real class. The instructors screw up a little bit but look like they're having a lot of fun. The choreography is really simple.

They are my absolute favorite non-Cathe cardio tapes.

I just got an e-mail from Powerstrike today. They now have the Millenium 3 on sale at the web site. In VHS it is about $22. The DVD is $25. If you have it sent by USPS it costs about $4.00.

I had some problems ordering the DVD from the web site and ended up calling NY. They told me that the DVD is chaptered with an upper body and lower body split. The VHS is to ship around the middle of October and the DVD in the first week of November.

I am going to have to check the Powerstrike videos out, they sound fantastic :7. I am glad CK Sales stock them - the exchange rate is better for those in the UK !
