OMG--the Intensity Series is my FAVORITE of all time!!!! I do those workouts more than any others. They are, by far, THE BEST! You did great!

I hate spending a lot of money at one time too, but I now own almost all of Cathe's workouts and like I said--this is her best series. Congrats! You're going to enjoy every second of these!!!!!

In and of itself I think the PUB/PLB is just about worth the cost of the whole series!!! This is one fabulous DVD and the premixes and bonus combo rock! So just think to yourself that you you got your money's worth from this DVD alone and everything else is just icing on the cake (well, no-fat no-calorie icing of course!) You did great!

Oh yeah, I agree with Lorrie that PUB/PLB alone is worth the price of the entire series. I especially love the pyramid down premixes!

It WAS smart, Alison! I have had the Intesity Series since it came out and have never tired of it. You made a great purchase and one that will bring you years of challenge and enjoyment!

The Intensity Series is my fave. I agree with Lorrie, the PUB/PLB DVD itself is worth the cost of the series. That and Imax 2 are just awesome!

Alison!! Your purchase was better than smart, the intensity series is BRILLIANT! I bought it when it was release and I still use it regularly, PUB is one of my fave workout of all time and I had a blast with IMAX2 yesterday. That was money well spent!!
