Good luck!! The first time I taught kickboxing (I teach turbokick) I thought I was going to pass out from anxiety. I had only gotten in about a minute and my heart was racing, my breathing was racing and my mouth was dry, whodathought. Anyway after some (a lot) practice it becomes old hat and I don't give it a thought.
Anyway, just know like anything else it becomes easier with practice.
