Cathe,

I was reading a response you made a while back to someones question about her concern of screwing up her BMI. You said that if her TDEE was 2110 she should be able to eat 1610 and lose a pound a week and if she is exercising she should be able to eat more. I thought I understood TDEE, but after reading your response I am not sure. I thought that TDEE took into account your exercise. Deosn't BMI + exercise calories= TDEE? When I eat 500 less calories, I am always hungry, so how many more calories can I eat and still lose a pound a week. I only have 10 more pounds to go. Hope my question makes sense.
