Tapes for the beginners

I have been doing I guess what you would call lighter weights up to 18 pounds for certain exercises. I was just wondering what if any Cathe tapes somebody would recommend for someone like me. I have free weights up to 10 and I combine them to get to 18 pounds and thinking of picking up a set of 15 pound weights soon. I am not looking to add bulk just to tone and increase my metabolism.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Circuit Max is using 5 & 8 lbs dumbells - and it's a tough workout. You won't be bulking up if you use dumbells up to 25 lbs each. To get really big muscles you have to lift a lot heavier than that.

If you decide to get 12 and/or 15 lbs dumbells, then I can recommend the PS Series or Body Max.

Remember - just because Cathe is using a barbell doesn't mean that you have to have one, too.
