Tape(s) you are most proud

Cathe,

Of all the tapes you've done over the years, is there a particular one you are most proud of?

Crystal

RE: Yep!

:) I was referring to the tapes Cathe has created for us. I was wondering if she had a personal favorite. A video compilation she felt was her best to date.

RE: Yikes!

LOL! That's OK Debbie I was just getting ready to reply IMAX myself. ;-)

Hi Crystal! What a special question. I would have to say that I am proud of all of them for different reasons. It would take me a while to mention how each video held a special place in my heart but I will mention a few:

1) Step N Motion, the first step video I ever made. Having very little filming experience under my belt (none whatsoever for step workouts)I rehearsed and rehearsed for that big day. I invited my friends over to critique me, I performed for my relatives at gatherings, I recited it in my head in bed at night......I don't ever think I'll forget that workout or the day we filmed it(did somebody say butterflies????;-)).

2) Step Max was my comeback goal after recovering from my ACL reconstruction due to a skiing accident(a 9 month set back). After major surgery and at the start of months of rehab 5 days a week, taking one step forward was a huge accomplishment. I was so grateful to be able to workout again and even more grateful to regain almost full capacity of my left leg (I'm told many are not that fortunate).

3) The CTX series plus Cardio Kicks and Circuitmax (8 videos)were the most videos I ever filmed at one time and that was only 6 months after having my first child. There were just so many new workout concepts that not only got me in shape after baby but that I simply wanted to share with all of you and couldn't make a choice.

4) Interval Max was one of the hardest workouts I had ever made and we (the cast and myself) pretty much filmed it without any bloopers and under the very hot lighting making it even harder than it was, yikes!

Well, I guess I should stop there. Thanks for asking:)!

Cathe, I think you could give Hercules a run for his money filming those Eight videos after pregnancy! And Iterval Max under hot lights! You never cease to inspire and amaze me!

Cathe:
You are truly amazing and really Inspire me!! Keep up the great work. Another Mom of 2 sons, Mary Claire )

I have a new respect for what you do since I'm beginning to teach myself!

My personal choice for your masterpiece is the CTX series, and a close second is Imax. Please, make Imax II!!!!!

Hi, all! What a great thread! Debbie, I would also cite an IMax day as one of my great acheivements. And Maximum Intensity Cardio also. I always say that I dial 9-1 at the beginning, just in case I need resusitation; I can hit that last 1 before I lose consciousness!

I loved reading Cathe's answer to the post! She is so amazing. I cannot believe how beautifully she cues as she takes us through those killer workouts. Those form pointers when she's doing straight legged push ups amaze me too! I can hardly breathe let alone talk! And when we saw the CTX photos, knowing her little guy was only 6 months old. Wow! Hats off to Cathe, the greatest instructor of them all!
