OK, so here's week #1 of my Tank Top Arms rotation. I'm going to keep track of what workouts I've done, so I don't repeat anything. I can see where the original STS and even STS 2.0 will really fit in nicely with what I've decided to start doing. My options are almost endless as I'm barely scratching the surface of my DVD collection. So this is what the coming week looks like:
