Ditto what everyone else said that's great about the series. Let me add that it works so well that you'll HAVE to eat cookies!!

I am going to get it as soon as I am able, and it sounds so versatile. I have tried workouts by other instructors, and, while I sometimes use them, Cathe is still the best.
 
I just finished 4 weeks of doing the CTX workouts 6 days a week, as is, nothing else. I was amazed at how it 'easily' melted that last layer of unwanted fat off of me......and during the holidays to boot!!!

Also, it got me it good enough shape to tackle Cathe's January rotation!}(

Your post made me realize that I have been letting those CTX workouts go to waste. The only one I have ever done (and do frequently) is Leaner Legs.

Soooo, today I did Step and Intervals. It's a baby IMAX. Then I did Kickbox.

They are both so much fun and the shorter length is right up my alley since I have such a hard time staying with a long workout. For instance, I love the IMAX's because they are broken down into little pieces but Low Max, while a wonderful workout, just drives me crazy because the parts are too long.

Not the case with the, now three, CTX workouts I have done.

Thanks to you, even though I've had the CTX DVD for a while, I now essentially have a bunch of new workouts to do.
