OK - these are the last two Cathe DVDs that I need to complete my entire collection! I know they will be easy (I already have Basic Step and enjoy it on the BOSU for a quick workout when I probably need a rest day but want to do something). Is Body Fusion any sort of worth it? I know it isn't heavy lifting but if it is a good workout, or adaptable to heavier weights, then maybe I'll go ahead and get it. I have watched the clips and read the descriptions but need some guidance from someone who has done it. For the stretching- I have Stretch Max. As some of you can undoubtedly understand D), I sort of just want to own all of the Cathe DVDs. Now that new one she is talking about- not so sure about that one. We'll see. Well, probably so...
