Hey everyone,
26 weeks pregnant with #1 and trying sooo hard to keep working out! I have been alternating walking a few miles a few times a week with my Tae Bo tapes. I did my Cathe tapes up until maybe 20 weeks and now they're too difficult.
At what point do I start to scale back on my workouts? I can still do Tae Bo pretty easily with minimum modifications. And can anyone recommend any additional Tae Bo videos (I have the BootCamp series, Fat Blasting Cardio, and Total Body Fat Blaster) for me to do while preggo? They seem to be the perfect intensity for me right now.
