Tae Bo~is no joke!

RE: How is Tae Bo on the knees?

Tae-Bo is the ONLY workout that gives me knee problems. I have been doing it for a year and have always noticed - sometimes pressure, sometimes pain, sometimes just fatigue around my
knees. Then, I have to stop doing Tae-Bo for 1 week before I can do it again. But only for 1 week!

I am sure no one is as bad as me. Other kickboxing workouts I do is Kathy Smith's Kickboxing with Keith Cooke. No problems doing that tape.
 
Hi Donna,
I did get the advanced. It is a good workout and I really do need to work my butt and thighs so I'm glad I got it. I haven't done the second tape yet, maybe today. Thanks for your help.
