I have just started using Gym Style workouts (I normally do circuit) and have noticed that the day after doing legs, they are so swollen that my pants are tight! They get back to normal after a day or so, but when you do a heavy leg workout twice a week, that's half the week that my slacks don't fit well x(
Will this go away after a while, after my body gets used to heavier weights? I wants my clothes to feel looser, not tighter. Thanks!
