Does anyone else find this to be true? Whenever I do Cardio and Weights I sweat buckets! Now believe me, I know there are far more challenging Cathe videos. There are other cardio videos and weight training videos of her's that I find much more difficult and intense, but for some reason I seem to sweat the most with this one. I mean even my forearms and calves are sweating during this one. I constantly have to wipe my face when I do this workout. Has anyone else found this to be true for them? Just curious.
