I have been working out hard for a few weeks now and am concerned that my body get the right supplementation. I take vitamins. I try to make sure I get enough protein and I always have a protein/recovery drink after my workouts. Is there any thing else you can recommend? I know you don't endorse specific brands but you don't have to plug anybody, just the type of product. It is confusing when you are bombarded with so many products and not knowing what to do without overdoing it unnecessarily! Any help would be nice.
