I have been working out hard for a few weeks now and am concerned that my body get the right supplementation. I take vitamins. I try to make sure I get enough protein and I always have a protein/recovery drink after my workouts. Is there any thing else you can recommend? I know you don't endorse specific brands but you don't have to plug anybody, just the type of product. It is confusing when you are bombarded with so many products and not knowing what to do without overdoing it unnecessarily! Any help would be nice.

Vitamins and Flax Seeds

I keep seeing conflicting opinions on whether or not you need to take supplements. I have been working out with Cathe for 4 weeks, lost 6.5 pounds and I eat clean, take the GNC mega sport multi vitamin for women ad I eat 3 teaspoons of flax seeds with my oatmeal every morning and a scoop of vanilla whey protein (eas). It seems to be working for me, so I think you need to just find what makes you feel good.

I don't use that protocol but my thoughts exactly, do what feels right to you and gets you results.
