Is anyone using the Pyramid DVD to superset between muscle groups? I tried it today with back and biceps and found I could go heavier between sets for both muscle groups because of the rest period.
I haven't tried it yet (my first time with PUB will be today!), but I like it as a modification. I also like the idea of doing a back/chest, bicep/tricep superset.
I noticed that my form was suffering when I did all the supersets for a muscle group without resting. It's a tad longer supersetting between muscle groups between sets but my form didn't suffer and I was able to lift heavier weights.
