Actually, it depends on your definition of "super sets." A true "super set" is working opposing muscle groups, one after the other, such as a bench press followed with no rest by a lat row. That's what Cathe's new "push-pull" workout will be like.
Doing two exercises without pause for the same muscle group (as in PUB) is technically a "compound set." I have seen "super set" used for this, as well.
I did a push/pull (superset) workout with PUB once, but it was basically using the music as background while supersetting chest/back, pullovers (lats)/shoulders, triceps/biceps.
