Supersets

I am doing the MF Hers 8 Week Body Blast Rotation using all of my workouts, the week after next is Supersets. What workouts have Supersets in them? Can any of you help me out here?

Thank you Deborah - I happen to have the pyramids but had planned to do them on high reps week - do you think ME has enough reps to use that during high rep week?

Thank you for responding and I will let you know how I do. I measured and everything before I started and am very excited to see how it goes!
 
When I do that MF workout, I use the pyramids for high reps week and for super sets I use the CTX workouts because I noticed on week 4 (super sets) they paired biceps/triceps and chest/back on the same days, so using the CTX workouts lets me have that flexibility.

Actually, it depends on your definition of "super sets." A true "super set" is working opposing muscle groups, one after the other, such as a bench press followed with no rest by a lat row. That's what Cathe's new "push-pull" workout will be like.

Doing two exercises without pause for the same muscle group (as in PUB) is technically a "compound set." I have seen "super set" used for this, as well.

I did a push/pull (superset) workout with PUB once, but it was basically using the music as background while supersetting chest/back, pullovers (lats)/shoulders, triceps/biceps.

I'm just starting this rotation this week. I preordered Cathe's new workouts on DVD, but think I will preorder the VHS Push/Pull workout so I can use that for supersets until the DVD arrives.

I am really enjoying this rotation - I am in my second week and like it pretty much! Isn't push pull part of the Body Blast Series? We should be getting those pretty soon!
