Hello Everybody!
I have a cold and have not done anything very strenuous for a few days now. Today I would like to do a workout that isn't to taxing.
I,m trying to decide between Cardio & Weights or a cardio segment from a the Timesaver DVD plus either Supersets or Push/Pull.
I,m familiar to Cardio & Weights, but have not done Super Sets or Push n Pull in while. Lately I've been doing GS and The Pyramid series for weight training. Since I havn't done Super Sets or Push/Pull in while; which would be the easier workout for weights?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
