Supersets / Push Pull -- do you like it?

Is this one worth it? It's the only Body Blast DVD I don't have.

FYI, I have both the Hardcore and Intensity series, as well as Pure Strength and Slow & Heavy (neither of which I've tried yet ;) ).

Do you use SS/PP often, or am I better putting my $50 towards Power Hour+?

If it's a choice between SS/PP and PH+, I'd go with the latter. SS and PP are good workouts (better are the premixes), but I haven't done them much, while I've gotten a lot of use out of the PH workouts.
 
even though ph is tougher for total body, i dont do it any more because i find workouts like pp/ss much more fun. it has variety,premixes,and it uses a stability ball. its very different.
ph is mostly the usual total body. i have gotten kinda bored with it.

I like supersets/push pull but I don't use it often. It does have great premixes and if you go heavy on your weights you'll get a great workout. I think PH is a great workout. If you're like me you'll end up getting them both eventually.-
If you are beginer/ intermed. supersets/push pull is probably better. I'm pretty sure PH is advanced. If that helps.
