Supersets anyone else....

Hey everyone,

I just did push pull 2 sets upper body and boy was it what you all said it was going to be, tough. I am really excited about the premixes and I think until I get the hang of the quick equipment change down that this is how i will use these DVDs.
Thanks everyone for your opinions I am no longer disappointed!!

Supersets is my absolute favorite workout! If you add the Lo Max Blast Only premix, it brings it to just over an hour, plus you get a great leg workout. I love how SS feels on my abs during the weight lifting portions. I wish Cathe would do another exclusive stability ball workout.:7
 
i like this workout video just for the upper/lower body splits. i did the SS upper body blast this morning and i'm having a hard time lifting my cup of coffee;-) i just don't find it challenging enough doing the regular version. just my opinion though
