I sometimes like to do one upper body workout using both Super Sets/Push Pull. Is there any possibility that you could take the upper body portions from both these tapes and make it into one? I just enjoy having a longer upper body workout now and again, I need a lot of variety.
Also, does anyone know what that first song on Step Blast is called? This step tape flies by, haven't got all the steps down yet, but it really is fun.
