I am doing the Body Blast premix rotation and I am a little confused on one of the workouts. I am planning to do Super Sets upper body (2 sets) tomorrow. I went through my dvd and it says upper body, but doesn't say 2 sets anywhere like Push Pull does. Am I supposed to just do the workout and then do it a second time for the 2 sets? Help!!
