Lori - that's awesome!!!! Congrats on the weight loss!!!

I did Kickbox Underground this morning by Guierllmo Gomez - it's a decent workout, but a bit slow for people who are used to Taebo or Cathe. Good for a recovery week, I'd say.

Still hanging in there on South Beach diet! :)

The jeans feel looser... :)

Great Job Lorihart! So nice to see the scale moving down isn't it. Wish it was for me too. Oh well I'm not going to fret over it.
Lisa-so glad to hear the sb diet is working so well for you. Keep up the good work!

This morning I did Imax 3-which I really love. It will take awhile before I can do all these blasts at 100%, but I do enjoy this one. Planned for tonight is GS BSB and Leaner Legs and one segment of coremax. I really need to get back to doing my leg work 4-6 times per week, which I haven't done for the past couple of weeks. It really does make a difference, my legs feel so much firmer.

I went to an Easter party this morning. Ate a lot of junk. I haven't worked out yet. I don't think I am working out today because I don't want anything to be achey for tomorrow's run.

LoriH, have fun with the sleepover, and great job witht the weight loss!

Everybody else seems to be doing very well.

Hi Gals,
Just a quick check in before the party starts! I have 23 min of peace and then it comes to an end:-( What have I gotten myself into? Last year they were good but there are a few different kids this year so you never know.
I went for a run outside today and it was another long one.We left at 2:35 and got home at 3:55.I am not sure how far we went b/c we went a different route and the wind was in our faces.It was nice to get outside though.When I got back I had another bowl of kashi cereal.That stuff is gett'in low.I will have to make a trip to the store tomorrow.

Lori-Good Luck with the race tomorrow.I think running in sand may be a bit hard! But you'll do great:)
Lisa-Its good to hear that the diet is going good.Prehaps you found want works best for you.

Good evening all:

This afternoon I did Low Max and segment 1 of Core Max. Those planks are KILLER!

Well, the numbers on the scale aren't moving (x( ), but I am noticing a difference in how toned I am. My legs are getting like rock, I'm starting to see a definite six-pack happening and I'm slimmer through the hips.:D I guess I must be building lots of muscle.

I hope everyone has a great evening. I'm having a quiet evening - just me and the cat. I think I'm gonna sit around and poke her if she falls asleep, to get her back for waking me up at 5 this morning when I was looking forward to sleeping in!

I fell off the clean eating wagon yesterday. I am going to quit dieting, and just try to eat well. I get so stressed trying to diet, diet, diet!!! It seems when I don't, I overeat. But, I am going to try it again. I am so busy with my business right now, my April is jammed packed, everyone wants jewelry parties, and that is GOOD!! That my brain is going to go into overload and I am going to lose it all if I don't stop. I was reading the thread on how much do you excercise, and some of those ladies are in great shape, and they don't work out every day. If I have a super busy day one day, I might load up the day before, and take an extra rest day. I have got to do something, I just feel way jam packed, but happy jam-packed!!!! I have a jewelry show today in Ludington, 2 hours a way. the sun is shining, and it should be a great ride!!! I will listen to my christain music, and sing!!! My dog is onto her last week of being pregnant. I can't wait for the puppies!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ladies,
I am wiped! I am not one of those people who are going to pretend to be super mom b/c I ain't.And I am not going to pretend that that party didn't get to me b/c it did!
Last year when she had her sleep over it was fine b/c she just invited her friends and they all got along.This year she just invitd the girls in her class..that didn't go over as well b/c they knew each other and some of them did not like each other.Besides for the "yes,you did's"..."no i didn't's".You had the drama queens, who didn't want to play a certain game or watch a certain movie or drink out of a certain cup.God forbid,you should be easy to get along with.Then I had other kids, that I didn't even know they were in the house.I had to yell at them a couple of times b/c they weren't listening and people were getting hurt.1/2 of them had a headache and the very same ones were the ones who were yelling.Obviously,they didn't grow up watching Barney and using their inside voice!One kid wanted to throw up but didn't want to go home.The very same ones who didn't wanted to go to bed at 8 were the ones I had to drive to bed at 2:30!
Anyway,I lived to tell about it and it won't happen again.I don't mind if she has a couple of her friends but not kids from her class cause you never know what you are getting!

My legs are sore from yesterdays run.I have been picking at cake today:-( But skipped a meal,hopefully that will make up for it.I am hoping to workout later but I think I need a nap first.

LoriS-I think that people who don't workout everyday and the kinds of people who are very strict on their diet (or have good genes)I on the other had love sweets so I have to workout everyday to maintain my weight.If I want to lose then I have to cut back which I am doing now.FINALLY!

I will check back later after I workout.

LoriS, sounds like you are in the right frame of mind. Awesome that you are booked with shows. One more week and you will have puppies, how sweet!

Well I ran the race. It was a terrible day weather wise. Yesterday we had massive thunderstorms and tornadoes. Today we had rain, winds, and intense fog. You could cut it with a knife. There wasn't lightening today so the race wasn't called off. It rained the entire time, but it was still a lot of fun. My time was 47:39. Slow, but I am so proud of myself. I am happy that I did it. Next year I will set a goal to beat this time.

Tomorrow I am taking off. Monday I am doing week 3 of the fat loss rotation over.

LoriH - oh boy, that sounds like a nightmare! Bet you're glad it's over and you survived. You deserve cake.

LoriS - PUPPIES!!! Oh, I bet you're so excited.

Lori - well done on the race. Sounds like the weather was horrible, though!

Well, last night my SO took me out for dinner for my birthday (which is tomorrow). So, we shared crab cakes as an appetizer (I had one, he had two) and sweet potato soup, which was delicious. Then I had Mediterranean Pie, which was phyllo pastry with roasted eggplant, red peppers, zucchini and goat cheese. Oh, was it ever good! Then we went out for dessert after. I had a cherry tart, which I couldn't finish. So that pretty much blew my Kick Max and Core Max that I did yesterday right out the window. Oh well. Birthdays are only once a year, right?:)

Today is a beautiful sunny day and I'm going to do some weights and abs this morning and go for a nice, long run later.

HI Girls,
Finally my computer is up and running.The internet was down and I couldn't check anything all today and last night.It made me realze how addicted I am to the computer!
Yesterday I didn't workout.We had Chinesse food for dinner and I was stuffed.I was thinking about running at 9 but I was lazy and I had already done to long runs back to back so I thought it would be wise to take a break.
So today I went for a run (14kms) and tonight I plan on doing abs and MM.

Lori-I hate bad weather when running.I really hate wind! It feels like you are running in one spot.
Shelley-Are you going to tell us how old you are???? Your dinner sounded great.When it comes to desserts I always pick things with creamcheese or choc! Not very good.

I will check back later.I am cooking Turkey for dinner tonight.I will then have enough meat to make sandwiches this week.

Tomorrow I will be 41. Ugh. Apparently I don't look it though. I think it's because my SO is a LOT younger than me. Keeps me on my toes;)

Saturday I did GS BSB, SS Lower Body Blast, and Core Max #3. Today I did GS Legs and KPC. I really like doing kickboxing after a leg workout, it seems to keep my legs from getting tight and sore. Tomorrow is GS CT, coremax segment and cardio at the gym.

Just finished MM but I had to force myself to do it.I was ready for a nap again.I can't have a nap at 8 in the evening though! I'll never get to sleep tonight.
I am not looking forward to this week at work.I have 5 night shifts:-( Im gonna be so messed up it won't be funny!
I only have 2 more shifts at my other job and then I am done.Thank goodness.We are planning on going into the city the second weekend in April and I am looking forward to that.I will need a break.
I felt very bloated and stuffed after dinner even though I didn't eat a whole lot.Its settling down some now.
I am hoping to get up early tomorrow morning and go for a run before work or maybe 1/2 of Imax (or something)
