Cathe (and anyone else who can help),
I have large breasts (which puts my heart rate into outer space) and have exercise induced asthma which makes high intensity cardio (and even some low intensity painful if not impossible). I have a good base of muscle and used to lift weights in the gym some time ago. I am currently using FIRM tapes but on suggestions from others, I want to give your workouts a try.
I am primarily concerned with losing inches and losing fat. Losing scale weight is a more secondary concern. I tend to be heavier anyway because of my muscularity. What types of videos and/or rotation would you suggest? I don't mind doing walking and some dance (hip hop style) workouts for cardio but jumping, running, hi intensity step exercise is out of the question.
