Hi everyone
I need your suggestions for my next weight workout dvd please.
I have PUB/PLB, ME/BC, CTX, CK/CM, Imax2/C&W and working out 6x week for 1hr (max). Looking to tone & gain upper body definintion whilst shedding around 14lbs.
Thinking of getting 1 (maybe 2 - but don't tell DH) weight workouts. Have also ordered all Hardcore dvds but can't wait till then...not that I'm addicted to Cathe's dvds (much)
What do you guys suggest - think I'm better with a workout which incorporates legs with another body part cos otherwise I delay the workout or do it half-heartedly...not my favourite bp, as you may have guessed.
