Suggestion for weight workout

Hi everyone

I need your suggestions for my next weight workout dvd please.

I have PUB/PLB, ME/BC, CTX, CK/CM, Imax2/C&W and working out 6x week for 1hr (max). Looking to tone & gain upper body definintion whilst shedding around 14lbs.

Thinking of getting 1 (maybe 2 - but don't tell DH) weight workouts. Have also ordered all Hardcore dvds but can't wait till then...not that I'm addicted to Cathe's dvds (much) :)

What do you guys suggest - think I'm better with a workout which incorporates legs with another body part cos otherwise I delay the workout or do it half-heartedly...not my favourite bp, as you may have guessed.

My two recommendations are: Power Hour Plus DVD and Supersets/Push Pull. The PH+ DVD offers three excellent workouts, PH is based more on endurance lifting and MIS (another workout on this dvd) is for strength gains, and Bodymax is step cardio with endurance lifting at the end of the workout. SS/PP DVD allows you to go fairly heavy, but with a higher rep count ~ so you'll get good body definition. I can’t really add anything other than watch what you eat, for loosing 14lbs. Susan C.M.:D

Have just ordered PH & SS/PP dvds. Let's hope they do the trick - they'll make a change from doing PUB/PLB.
