Hi Cathe. enjoying your videos as always but have read and recognize the importance of mixing things by adjusting weights or changing the order of exercises up to keep the muscles challenged.
I would like to see one of your videos work abs first while I am fresh and can dedicate my initial strecngth th= othem for a change. Typically they are saved for last and I do not have a lot of energy to devote to them after my rear has been kicked (!) during ther entire video. Just a request/suggestion, Thanks Cathe.
