Suggestion for using Leg and Glutes...

Just wondering how does anybody here incoporate Leg & Glutes workout? I previewed it, and it looked like there some 'new' exercises... looked like pure torture fun. My only problem is it does not have a partner Upper Body. I have thought about using it with Pure Strength Upper Boddy. Any other suggestion? TIA!
 
Last week I partnered it with PS Upper and that was perfect to. My glutes were buring for at least 2 days, so the title is fitting!

I ust used it on it's own day, then did cardio the next day,and a full body weight workout the next day.

I can see pairing it in a rotation with either PUB or CTX upper body or almost any other Cathe upper body workout, even slow and heavy, as I personally really enjoy S&H for upper body, but not so much for lower body.
 
Just to let you know, I did all the upper body Timesaver sections last night, including both abs sections and it took about 50-55 minutes and I'm pleasantly sore everywhere today.
