Substitute for CTX Upper Body

I'm doing the June rotation and my workout tomorrow calls for CTX Upper Body which I don't have. What would be a better subtitute PUB (either in its entirety or the shorter premix) or ME upper body premix? Thanks for your help!!
 
I have the same issue, what I did was Muscle Max Upper body the Premix for 30 min then did the Pyramid Lower Body Stability Ball workout. It took about an hour total and seemed to work out well. The only thing I have trouble keeping my leg on the ball when I am doing the leg raises. I hope I am doing it right, but it's really hard to balance on the ball with your heel of your foot. Any suggestions.

HI, you can also do the upper body portion of Maximum Intensity, it is about 1/2 an hour
 
Considering the length of CTX Upper Body, I would go with PUB in its entirety to get a more even workout.

JMO.
