Substition for CTX Kickbox

Dear Cathe or others:

I am unable to locate CTX Kickbox. What is it and is it a part of DVD? When I originally ordered the CTX series, during the VHS sale, CTX Kickbox was not shown as one of the tapes. What would be a good substition for this workout?

Any hour long kickboxing DVD would be suffice. This workout is included with CTX Circut Max. There was a 5/DVD CTX set and a CTX 2/DVD set.

I have the circuit max dvd, but it came with cardio and weights, am not sure if it is CTX, the label of the dvd does not say that. However, I have not played the dvd, is it a premix on this dvd?

CTX kickbox is part of the Cross Train Express(CTX get it LOL)series 2 dvd set. if you meant cardio kicks that is on the same dvd as circuit max.

Kickbox Format: 9 minute active warm up, 23 minutes of kickboxing, 10 minutes of ALL Biceps exercises, Abs 12 minutes, stretch 5 minutes.

I think probably the best sub for CTX Kickbox is KPC warm up through the High Intensity drills.
