subs for the hardcore workouts

Hi,
I was wondering what everyone recommends in place of the hardcore workouts? I don't have them yet, but would like to do the April rotation. I have most all of Cathe's other workouts. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi Michelle,

The Pure Strength workouts are the closest to the Gym Styles. The Pyramids would probably be next, choosing an up or down premix & going heavy.

IMax 1 or 2 are the obvious choice for IMax 3.

KPC is probably a bit closer to Kick Max than Cardio Kicks, but either works.

I don't have a lot of Cathe's cardio, but the cardio & leg workout in BodyMax is the closest that I can think of. Maybe an IMax if you took out the impact.

For Coremax abs you have a lot of choices. The core work in KPC, Bootcamp & the Pyramids come to mind.

I don't think the High Step workout is in the rotation, but Bootcamp would be the logical substitute.

Stretch Max is unique, you'll need to do your own stretching or pull out a non-Cathe.
