Subbing Yoga Relax or Yoga Max for Total Body stretching? (beginner rotation?)

Hi all,

So as some of you know I recently purchased the LIS and Body Blast series...those DVDs are tough! I am working on moving to a more primal/paleo based diet and I have found that to be helping me have the energy to workout. But I am wanting to follow a rotation, and I have the DVDs needed for the Official Cathe Beginner Rotation.

Except I do not have TBS (total body stretching). I have Yoga Max and Yoga Relax though from LIS. I was wondering if you guys think it'd be OK to sub one of these two yoga w/o's in place of TBS on the beginner rotation? I don't have TBS so I don't know if Yoga Max or Yoga Relax would be better.

Any input much appreciated!
 
Ur welcome plz let us know how u like the workouts! I find it exciting to hear what otheds like and why.not sure why except keeps me motivated. I love body blast by the way...push pull is a wonderful weight workout total body in little time..love that and i love the music in them. Love legs n glutes.. Step blast and step pump n jump step portion was so fun.
