Sub for Push Pull and Kick Punch & Crunch

Which is better to sub for Push Pull -- muscle max, ME, MI, Power Hour or Total Body Sculpting?

Which is better to sub for Kick Punch & Crunch -- 10-10-10, Cardio Fusion, MIC or Cardio Kicks?

Push and pull i would say is higher reps so go power hour
I myself prefer MMax
KPC would be kick max or i would go cardio fusion. KPC has some higher impact cardio.
Good luck. Ant w/o will do in that type though.
Total body weights or cardio. KPC is going to work the arms and legs alot.
