I don't have MIC for tomorrow's Aug 08 rotation, what would be a great sub? I have KM, KPC or DM(ultra cardio) or treadmill intervals on my TM would either of these work. If so, for how long?
MIC is HiLo + Step so if you happen to have SJP (the hi/lo and step segments would be great) or any-hilo you could do about 30 minutes of that + about 30 minutes of any step
then i'd kickbox my little heart out! just get in about an hour of cardio..... you could also do an interval walk/jog for 30 minutes + 30 minutes kick.
