Walking lunges! Aren't there also some stairs there that you were using? When I use my stepmill and there are hills on CC, I take the steps 2X2. When I have used it on an outdoor walk, I did walking lunges with a little balance challenge in between each lunge where I would lunge, stand on one leg and bring the other up and out (so a 90 degree bend at the knees and straighten leg, back then back to 90) and then that leg would lead the next lunge. Does that make any sense at all?? It is a quick little move but controlled.
