STS Weight and STS Cardio Rotation

Hi Cathe!

Don't know if this has been asked yet or not, but just incase:

Once STS Cardio is done, do you think you can make a 3 and 6 month rotation for STS Weights using STS Cardio? I'm planning on doing STS in the fall again after I receive STS cardio and I'll be doing the 6 month rotation and would love to use it with STS cardio.
